The St. Peter’s Episcopal Church facility will be be made available for parish, parishioner, and non-parishioner activities that are consistent with the mission and values of St. Peter’s Church. 
When a reservation request is made, a copy of the Facilities Use, Policies & Procedures and the Terms and Conditions Form shall be given or sent by St. Peter’s Church to the requesting group. The event will be put on the church calendar once the correct form is completed, signed and returned, the security deposit is made and approval has been made.
This form is for ministry use (church activities) only
This form is for AOM, parishioner, and non-parishioner events that are not church related (parties, showers, regattas etc.)
