Episcopal Church Women
The purpose of the ECW is to encourage and enable women to answer God’s call to service and to strengthen their spiritual growth within the Body of Christ. This ministry provides opportunities for women to gather, learn, and share their life in Christ through Circle Meetings, Prayer and other activities and is open to all women, age 13 and up. ECW Circles consist of informal small group meetings as follows:
Glory Circle: Meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10:30 a.m. in Room 100 and then out to lunch afterward. Service focus is ministering to shut-ins.
Prayer Minstry Meets the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m., Room 100. Women meet for an hour of prayer together for each other, our families, our church, our community, our nation and the world. Isaiah 54 Ministry Meets the last Sunday of the month after the 10:30 service for lunch at various places. This ministry is for those single, divorced and widowed. Daughters of the King Host “Advent Reflective Prayer Service” and the “Lenten Reflective Prayer Service” each year. This is a ministry of prayer, service, and evangelism.
